Nothing gets a team onboard to getting things done quite like shared accountability. The Pledge facilitates a process of your team committing to achieving X (whatever their X may be) all attached to your business direction and strategy.
1 What to expect
Through a team-based session where we cover your strategic objectives, each area is worked on and ends with every member of your team pledging to achieve one thing, personally, in that particular area. All pledges are digitised and delivered back to you after the event, whereby they can be used at your own discretion.
2 Outcomes / Lessons
A set of individual goals for each member of your team, created by themselves, that can be included in KPAs and performance management exercises.
