2 What to expect
These meetings don’t happen as often as they should, so before the event, we individually interview each board member to gain a clearer understanding of group objectives. This information is collated, structured from a fresh perspective and shared with the group at the session. The meeting includes a robust facilitated process where organisational direction and victory conditions are challenged and pragmatic new solutions are provided.
